Love it or hate it, it's a small world isn't going anywhere anytime soon. It is one of those "every Disney Resort" rides. It's a small world is my youngest child's favorite, an obsession that started at 4 months old. Maybe little ones enjoy it because they are surrounded by hundreds, over 300, of little people singing and dancing. Most people who say that they hate it imply that the music is just too overwhelming, especially if you get stuck in a long line of boats waiting exit at the end of the ride. Small world was created for the 1964 New York World's Fair as a gift to the children of the world. So I guess it is appropriate that the people who love the ride most are young children.
