Soarin' is one of the most popular rides at Epcot. Originally this ride was only found at
Disney's California Adventure Park, Soarin' Over California. Soarin' Over California is still in California, but it was so popular that Walt Disney World opened the same attraction at Epcot's The Land in May of 2005. Epcot changed the name to just Soarin' because they wanted the ride to feel more like a flight from Florida to California rather than one that just one that flew over California.
